9:30am Leave Statesville Fitness & Activity Center
10:30am Warm up walk on winery trails
11:00am Outdoor flow yoga class with Jan K (beginner friendly)
12:00pm Picnic & winetasting
2:30pm Arrive back at Statesville Fitness & Activity Center
Ages: 21 years old+
Cost: $35 includes transportation, yoga class, & picnic lunch from Southern on Main in Elkin.
Choose between 4 lunches at South on Main-4 Choices (french fries and sweet potato fries as your choice of side)- Grilled Cheese, Grown Up, Fried Green BLT, BBQ Pulled Pork and Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken.
Description: We (Drew and Jan K.) will be taking a group to Grassy Creek Winery outside Elkin for a destination yoga class (all levels), a picnic, and a wine tasting.
Wine and wine tasting costs are not included in the registration fee.
