Deepen your connection to the strength and dynamic function of your core in this workshop! There is a better way to access your core than doing endless crunches and squeezing your abs. Join Restore Your Core® teacher Katy McCann to learn tools and techniques for training your whole core system to move with you, to support you – on and off the mat. In this workshop you’ll be guided through slow, strong, exploratory moves; uncovering your unique movement patterns; and learning strategies to move with more ease, and less pain and stickiness. This workshop is for anyone who wants to move well and exercise with better results and also for those who deal with incontinence, prolapse, back pain, SI joint issues and diastasis recti.
Come as you are. All are welcome. This class requires a workshop pass. Members receive a 10% discount.
