Weekly Group Sessions take place on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:45pm from June 11 - July 2
Week 1: Yoga Demystified. Discover what yoga is and how it can help with pain management.
Week 2: Breath-centered movement for balancing the mind and turning inward.
Week 3: Strength of a warrior: Enjoy poses that will leave you feeling strong and balanced.
Week 4: Keep Calm and Yoga on: Learn the powerful connection of yoga and your nervous system, plus tips for a night of sound sleep and deep relaxation.
