Explore the World of Movement and Dance

Learn how to incorporate gentle, creative movement into everyday life. Participants will explore basic exercises for mobility, focus and creative expression. A brief discussion of different dance styles and dance history will be included in this workshop. No experience is necessary. This workshop is lead by local dance instructor Elizabeth Morgan.

This program is part of the Creative Age series, with funding by New Horizons for Seniors Canada and in partnership with London Arts Council. Creative Age programs are focused on learning, celebration and social connection for adults 55 and older.
