Welcome to join the Fall Festival Grand Re-Opening Event at Urban Yoga from 10-4pm. Food trucks, Vendors and music.

During the breath session I encourage you to trust yourself and I create an environment that helps you to feel comfortable and safe. There is no experience needed and you get to choose how deep you want to go.

Most of the practice focuses on using the breath to slow down to calm the nervous system.

A unique experience that gives you the opportunity to explore the power of the breath in a safe environment. This is a journey using the breath and music. Deep rhythmic breathing with awareness moves energy in the body while tapping into the nervous system creating an expanded state of consciousness. This experience creates undeniable changes in the body and mind. Intuitive rhythmic breathing with the ability to relax and let go can facilitate the body's natural capacity to heal itself. The experience can bring deep insights and clarity.

Breathwork can sometimes allow for unresolved memories and emotions to rise to the surface so they can processed with a new awareness. It’s like a reset for the nervous system. By the end of a practice, many people experience feelings of clarity and peace with a newfound sense of awareness. It can be very energizing and exhilarating while also leaving you feeling calm and grounded. Some experiences can be challenging and revealing. Each session will be different for each individual. Usually people find that they get the most benefit after trying this practice a few times allowing them to let go and trust the process a little more each time.

Bring comfortable clothes and water. Some people like to use an eye mask as well. You will be lying down for an hour. You can bring a yoga mat. Extra blankets are available if you need.

Try to avoid eating heavily two hours before arrival. Try to be hydrated.

No recording during the actual breathing sessions. Taking photos before or after the session is fine but phones are silenced or off once the session begins.

Consult your physician before doing a deep breathing practice or if you have any medical conditions.

Please don’t attend if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. Breathwork should be done at your own risk. High risk individuals who should not attend.

I offer at least one sharing circle for integration every month and have many other resources available

These transformational breathwork experiences are not holotropic breathwork, kundalini, somatic release breathing or rebirthing. I'm certified as an Oxygen Advantage instructor and have learned from many teachers and methods, but don't subscribe to any particular practice. I blend different elements of pranayama, Buteyko method and many others to create these transformational experiences that I feel are approachable to all walks of life.

These experiences can create non-ordinary states of consciousness similar to a psychedelic experience. Integration is a very important part of the experience. I have many resources available upon request.
