What’s an "Explore the More WORDshop"?It's a weekly, facilitated, interactive session that focuses on establishing and incorporating a Biblical foundation for health and wellness. It will be held at my church, Eastland Assembly of God, 12310 E. 21st St, Tulsa, on Wednesday mornings at 9:30, with doors opening at 9:00.
This is a FREE resource, open to anyone, doing any type of diet/wellness plan, or none at all. It’s especially for those who are discouraged or have given up! I want to add what was missing from my journey to yours!
I plan for the WORDshop to be 30-45 minutes in length, but will also be available afterward for additional conversation or prayer.
The format will be:
1. Share revelations, victories, battles and burdens
2. Cover a weight loss/wellness topic and tie it to the Word
3. Identify how to apply what we learn to our journey and make a commitment to action.
I will not be formally weighing people, but I will have a scale available for those who would like to track their progress in that way and have that accountability.
This is not intended to be a replacement for any other plan or tool that you are already using, but rather a supplement and enhancement.

If you are unable to attend in person, we will be publishing a weekly WORDshop podcast, in addition to the regular More2Us podcast, that will briefly cover the topic and ask some questions at the end to help you engage and apply the Word. A written study guide will also be available for download each week on www.more2us.com
