Visit to Holme House Farm – you are invited to visit the inspiring eco-community at Holme House Farm near Burneside on Sunday 7th June, from 11.00am to approximately 2.00pm.Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the farm, learn about current projects, and hear more about future plans for the site.
The day will include family friendly activities- An insight into wildlife monitoring work, as well as demonstrations and discussion around the farm’s approach to wood, timber, and making things using sustainable methods.
Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic and drinks, and if they wish, a swimming costume for a dip in the river.
All children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
