About this Event
Workshop Structure
This retreat is an opportunity to relax, explore, and rediscover the creative spirit that already exists inside you. It is an immersive creative experience designed to help participants rediscover curiosity, imagination, and the joy of creating.
Participants do not need artistic experience or technical skill to attend. The only requirements are curiosity and a willingness to explore. The retreat is built on the belief that creativity belongs to everyone and thrives through experimentation, storytelling, sketching, collage, color exploration, and hands-on making. Through the EMOSY five-step process—Explore, Sketch, Refine, Design, and Share—participants learn to trust their instincts, reduce perfectionism, and express themselves in meaningful ways through visual expression. We will be using the book Explore Your World by instructor and retreat host Richard Bohm as a philosophical basis and every attendee will receive a signed copy of the book.
Most importantly, this workshop is designed to help you relax, connect, and have fun while exploring your imagination in a completely welcoming atmosphere.
Whether you are looking to overcome creative blocks, reduce stress, try stained glass for the first time, or simply reconnect with your playful side, this workshop offers a place to begin.
