Atelierul implică o călătorie profundă în AUM și ceea ce Kevin numește „Explorarea Vocii Chakrelor”, o meditație pentru purificarea minții și tonificarea sunetelor sacre ca mijloc de a găsi armonie și stabilitate emoțională.
Îmbunătățește-ți și deschide-ți vocea, reconectează-te cu sinele tău adevărat, elimină blocajele emoționale și oferă chakrelor tale o curățare și reglare cu puterea sunetelor sacre și a mantrelor.
Imaginează-ți că ai putea accesa propriul tău corp emoțional și să simți toate emoțiile pozitive — iubire, pace, înțelepciune, chiar beatitudine — din interior, indiferent de experiența ta exterioară.
Această explorare ghidată a vocii este o practică pe care o poți face zilnic pentru a-ți îmbunătăți vocea și starea emoțională.
O practică în care ne conectăm pe sunet, respirație, prezență și ne concentrăm asupra chakrelor, canalizând emoția prin ele pentru a ajunge la o conexiune cu „Vocea Noastră Naturală”.
Kevin va împărtăși perspectiva sa profundă asupra naturii sunetului și conexiunile pe care le are cu fiecare parte a vieții noastre.
Vei fi susținut(ă) să te deschizi către un mod fără efort de a cânta și să te conectezi cu vocea ta naturală, cu emoție și simțire (esența Bhakti). Vei învăța cum aceasta are o legătură directă cu sinele tău autentic și cu modul în care te raportezi la viață.
În partea finală a atelierului vom pune în practică această voce îngerească prin cântarea de mantre și cântece ale inimii.
NIVEL DESCHIS — Un atelier interactiv pentru toate nivelurile, perfect pentru oricine este interesat de vindecare prin sunet.
Este o practică pe care o poți folosi în viața de zi cu zi și în practica ta personală.

Voice Activation Workshop with Kevin James
Improve and open your voice, reconnect to your true self, clear emotional blockages and give your energy centers a cleanse and tune up with the power of sacred sounds and mantras.
Imagine if you could tap into your own emotional body and feel all the positive emotions of love, peace, wisdom even bliss from within, regardless of your outer experience.
This would bring a great sense of connection, and fulfillment and perhaps we would lose our dependency on things that come and go for happiness?
This is one of the intentions behind this practice. To use your own voice to harmonize and heal yourself.
This guided voice exploration is a practice that you can do every day to improve your voice and emotional state of being.
The introductory workshop involves a deep journey into the AUM and what Kevin calls the "Chakra Voice Exploration", meditation for cleansing the mind and also toning sacred sounds as a way to find emotional harmony and stability.
Kevin will share his profound insight into the nature of sound and the connections it has to every part of our lives.
You will be supported to open up to an effortless way of singing and connect to your natural voice with emotion and feeling (the essence of Bhakti). You will learn how this has a direct connection to your true authentic self and how you relate to life.
For the last part of the workshop we will put this angelic voice into practice singing mantras & heartsongs.
OPEN LEVEL - An interactive workshop for all levels, perfect for anyone interested in healing through sound.
It's a practice that can be used in your daily life and personal practice.
