Exploding the Confidence Myth: A Transformative Three Month Program for Women Business Leaders
Do you ever notice your confidence slip — when you’re navigating change, having to present yourself, deliver bad news, or handle a tricky conversation?
It’s not that you don’t have confidence. But the pressure, the bias, and those inner doubts can make even the most capable women second-guess themselves.
About the Program
Exploding the Confidence Myth is a three-month program designed for women leaders — in corporate roles or running their own businesses — who want to stop letting confidence myths hold them back and start leading with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
The program combines:
- Individual coaching (early November) – a one-to-one session to focus your goals and create immediate support.
- In-person workshop (7th November 2025, Connaught Rooms, Holborn, London) – a deep dive into strengths, values, and resilience, creating transformational shifts in how you relate to yourself as a confident leader
- Group coaching (4 - 6pm 4th Dec 2025, 8th Jan and 5th Feb 2026) – collective accountability and support to embed new patterns and sustain change.
