Expert-Led Evening Bat Walk
About this Event
Join Dr. Kelly Russo-Petrick, UDC scientist and Head of the UDC Master Naturalist program, to observe and learn about bats and other wildlife! A special app will enable us to observe the bats' echolocation.
The group will meet at our street-side entrance at 3031 Klingle Road NW at 8:30 pm sharp.
Tregaron has mulched trails and moderate elevation changes which may be less apparent in the dark. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring bug spray if you'd like. Bring a flashlight. We will have blue-light flashlights to share as well.
