Maskquerade Events & Rent Cheque are teaming up to bring you a covid cautious club night at the Cobalt from 6pm-9pm before Rent Cheque starts. There will be a show throughout the evening from performers experimenting with new act ideas. So you'll always be witnessing brand new art being born on stage!
Will they take everything off besides their mask? Maybe.
This is a designated time and space for immunocompromised and cautious members of our communities to feel welcome to come enjoy a night out.
Beyond masking requirements there will be HEPA air purifiers on sight and other precautions* put in place.
February is a trial run that will hopefully turn into a monthly event before every Rent Cheque, so even people comfortable going places unmasked we highly recommend coming to support if fostering accessible community spaces is important to you. You'll also be supporting a stage that gives performers new and old some opportunities for creative freedom!
