Welcome to our complimentary event where you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of WIAL Action Learning Team Coaching with a Certified Coach.

Join us for an interactive session where you will participate as a member or problem presenter. This will be a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the WIAL Action Learning Process.

Whether you are new to WIAL Action Learning (Team Coaching), just starting out or a seasoned coach, this event is perfect for anyone who would like to experience how Action Learning can make real impact on teams.

And if you are already a WIAL certified coach, you are welcome to can stay on for a debrief after the session where you can gain insights from fellow coaches and refine your coaching skills.
