PRE-PARTY EVENT (5PM - 7PM)

What time can I start arriving? + Where is the check-in location?

• Check-in will start at 4:45pm and will end at 7pm
• Check-in will be on the Ground Level of Hotel Contessa! We will have a designated check-in line (You will need to check in to gain access to the pre-party + parade chair)

What do I need to bring to gain access?

• You will need to present your ticket. (Printed or Mobile work)

Will there be parking?

• Hotel Contessa will not provide parking; parking will be reserved for hotel guests. To access the property, we suggest ridesharing or the VIA bus.

How does seating work?

• Customers choose their seats on the vendor map | Pre-assigned seating
• We can not move seats once tickets are purchased.
