Dear Expats,

Do you find yourself doodling during meetings? Feeling stressed? Want to learn some soothing and mindful patterns? So join us in this Mindful Doodles workshop, a relaxing and creative way to express yourself, reduce stress, and improve your focus.

In this workshop, together with WellCreative, you will learn how to use simple shapes and patterns to create your own unique doodles. You will also explore how doodling can help you connect with your inner self, your emotions, and your goals.

What is this about

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to unleash their creativity, have fun, and practice mindfulness. You don’t need any prior experience or artistic skills to join. All materials are provided, including drinks.

How does it work

All the materials you need are provided, and no experience is necessary. You can come by yourself or with friends. WellCreative will guide you through the process of mindful doodling. They will provide you with tips, tricks, and feedback to help you improve your doodles and enjoy the experience.
By the end of this workshop, you will have beautiful and meaningful doodles that you can use as a source of inspiration, motivation, and happiness. You will also have learned a new skill that you can apply in your daily life, work, and personal projects.
