FINALLY Sorel’s is back. Our official first independent meetup took place here and AIC has a special connection with this place. We are excited to announce another AIC event!

Sorel's is the beautiful lounge bar of the Marriot Hotel. Located just 3 steps away from Leidseplein, it is definitely one of our most popular venues

Join our expats get together event! All the people attending are here for the same reason: to mingle with new and like-minded people.

You can come alone or with some friends. in all cases, you’ll enjoy a nice cocktail while sharing your story with international people and making new friends!

We'll also have some music ready🎶, so everyone can hit the dance floor and showcase their best dance moves! 💃🕺

How does it work

Show your booking to the host, get a drink 🍹, put a smile on your face and introduce yourself to someone. The majority of the attending people come on their own and all with a common purpose: Socialize and meet a lot of interesting people. 😎 Enjoy!

Based on our own experience, we really recommend (especially if you are new and joining alone) coming around the beginning of the event. It is the easiest way to meet and start a conversation with the other members. 🙂

AIC events are not only a great idea to meet new people, but also a meeting point for our regular members who join our events to mingle with their international friends.
