Join Taylor and Betsy at Shantiful (16674 N 91st St STE 102, Scottsdale, AZ 85260) for Expansion Portal, a Neptune Works experience combining guided hypnotherapy and an immersive sound bath.
Taylor of @homlistic.healing will gently guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state through hypnosis techniques designed to help quiet the conscious mind and create space to explore beyond limiting beliefs. As you settle into the theta brainwave state, Betsy (@betsyogini) will weave a restorative sound journey using crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments to support relaxation, presence, and inner expansion.
Together, these practices create an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate greater clarity, awareness, and possibility.
Shantiful is a peaceful oasis in North Scottsdale with ample parking. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided, though you're welcome to bring an extra blanket, sweater, or water for your comfort.
After the experience, stay and enjoy light refreshments and time to connect with the community.
