EXPAND: A Heart-Opening Breathwork Journey

A transformational breathwork journey designed to raise your consciousness, open your heart and clear the blocks keeping you from your highest potential in love and life.

In this 2 hour in person experience for women, you’ll be guided through deep breathwork, embodimentand energy release practices to:

• Open your heart to deeper love and connection
• Release past wounds, hurt, and pain stored in the body
• Let go of patterns that keep you out of alignment
• Heal old emotional blocks and create space for self-love
• Embody the version of you who leads with an open heart
• Awaken clarity, confidence, and purpose rooted in love

Through guided breathwork, intentional music, tapping, somatic practices, and energy release, you’ll move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body. From this space, you reconnect with the version of you who knows exactly what she wants… and is ready to create it.

• Yoga mat + Blanket for comfort
• Layers of clothing (you may get hot or cool during the journey)
• Eye mask (optional, but enhances the experience)
• Journal & pen
• Water bottle

Breathwork Contraindications + Disclaimer

Breathwork is a powerful healing modality. While it’s often a deeply relaxing and can be a blissful experience, it can also create strong shifts in the body and sometimes bring up intense physical or emotional release.

For safety reasons, this active style of breathwork is not recommended if you are:

• pregnant
• have a history of seizures
• have severe cardiovascular conditions
• have uncontrolled high blood pressure
• have glaucoma
• or have had recent surgery
