The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors has warned agents about relying on inaccurate AI generated transaction guidance, while eXp Realty has established detailed policies governing how agents may use AI in their businesses.
Pennsylvania Broker Michael Bauer will explain how PAR’s warning and eXp Realty’s current AI policies apply to the work agents perform every day.
Topics will include:

• What client, financial, and transaction information should never be entered into public AI tools
• Which AI generated facts and claims agents must independently verify
