Exotic Coffee Tasting - Featuring Guest Roasters! [South Broadway]

Corvus’s “Exotic” lineup features unusually unique coffees, exotic varieties, and innovative processes which speak to where coffee is heading. Other roasters around the country are sourcing coffees with similar attributes. This is your chance to try many of them at once in a side-by-side tasting experience!

Join us for a guided class in which we will:

• Learn the process of cupping and evaluating coffees
• Taste 6 different exotic coffees, some from Corvus, some from other roasters
• Discuss the unique cupping attributes of these coffees in a collaborative setting
• Explore the variables that are pushing the coffee industry forward, such as varietals, processes, and fermentations

What's unique about the Sidra varietal? How does anaerobic fermentation affect flavor? What is the Ice process? These are the kinds of questions this class will address as we taste examples of cutting edge coffee.
