Dear Community Partners,

PEAK Parent Center cordially invites you to participate as an exhibitor at our 42nd Annual Conference on Inclusive Education, We Belong Here: From Presence to Participation, taking place October 13–14, 2026, in Grand Junction, Colorado, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Grand Junction.

We are seeking exhibitors who offer resources, services, or products that support children and youth with disabilities (birth through age 26), their families, and the professionals who work with them. 

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Educational supports and advocacy services
• Disability-led businesses and self-advocate entrepreneurs
• Transition, employment, and post-secondary programs
• Community-based and family support organizations
• Assistive technology and accessibility resources
• Healthcare, therapy, and related services

Because this year’s conference will be held on Colorado’s Western Slope, priority will be given to organizations that currently serve, or have the capacity to serve, individuals and families in this region. 

The Conference Committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all exhibitors and may decline applications that do not align with the conference's purpose and audience. In addition, exhibitor selection will consider overall balance and variety to ensure a diverse and meaningful experience for attendees.

Exhibitor Fees:

Exhibitor space is limited to one table per organization.

• For-Profit Organization - $315
• Non-Profit Organization - $262.5
• Self-Advocate / Disability-Owned Business - $84
• Sponsor Exhibitor - Fee included in the sponsorship 

Additional Information

• Deadline to apply: August 21, 2026
• Notification of acceptance: Within 2 weeks of submission (no later than September 8, 2026)
• Refunds will be issued to applicants who are not accepted as exhibitors.
