We are pleased to announce our 2024 Annual Convention. This year marks a milestone with the celebration of our 40th anniversary as Puerto Rico’s Primary Care Association which has served, represented, and supported the island’s 21 Community Health Centers (CHCs).

Our Convention is a gath­er­ing of health cen­ter senior leadership, including man­agers, chief medical directors, CEOs, CFOs, among others, providing an opportunity for participants to inter­act with their col­leagues, indus­try experts and pow­er­ful speak­ers to share proven tools, tech­niques and dis­cover inno­v­a­tive strate­gies nec­es­sary to trans­form their orga­ni­za­tions.

On behalf of our organization, Asociacion de Salud Primaria de Puerto Rico (ASPPR), its Board of Directors and Executive Director, we are pleased to invite you and your organization to attend our Annual Convention. The Convention will be held at the Sheraton San Juan Resort & Casino from Thursday, August 15th through Saturday, August 17th, 2024, for general audience. Exhibitors and Sponsors will exhibit only on Friday, August 16th and Saturday, August 17th.

About Us
The Puerto Rico Primary Care Association (ASPPR) is a non-profit organization supporting the Community Health Centers which serve more than 450,000 patients across the 119 clinics around of the 68 municipalities of the island generating 4,545 direct full-time jobs, and many more indirect jobs. We are also actively involved in the discussion of public health policy and awareness about the importance of community-based primary health care as an option to improve the health status of the Puerto Rican population.

Sponsor’s terms and conditions :

· Sponsors will be attending the 2024 Annual Convention only on the day chosen for the sponsorship. The event will be held at Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino.

· The Sponsorship application serves as a contract between the sponsor company representative and Asociación de Salud Primaria de Puerto Rico (ASPPR). And it must be signed and sent to [email protected]

· Payment methods: Credit Card through the Eventbrite web page or with an Electronic Bank Fund Transfer (ACH).

· Payments made directly through Eventbrite web page are subject to a service fee. If the payment is by ACH method, you must send an email to [email protected] with the desired sponsorship option and a 7-day courtesy hold will be made. If the payment is not received on the agreed date, the sponsorship option will be cancelled. The bank information will be sent as requested.

· The company logo must be sent as soon as the contract is signed to [email protected]. For better resolution we recommend using a Png format.

· Any Sponsor who cancels their participation more than 61 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total sponsorship fee. Cancellations within 60 days will result in the forfeiture of the total sponsorship fee.

· The final agenda will be sent close to the starting date of the Convention.

· Shipping and storage: Any materials sent to the Hotel may arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to the event. Current rates for handling and storage are available upon request to the hotel directly and are subject to change without notice. If shipping material to the hotel, include the following information on all packages to ensure proper delivery and storage: Salud Primaria Conv 2024/Carmen Tamayo/Booth #. Exhibitor's terms and conditions

· Exhibitors will be attending the event on Friday, August 16 and Saturday, August 17, 2024, ONLY. The 2024 Annual Convention will be held at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino.

· The Exhibitor application serves as a contract between the exhibitor company representative and Asociación de Salud Primaria de Puerto Rico (ASPPR). And it must be signed and sent to

· The number and location of the booth is on a first come, first served basis and it is chosen by the company representative through Eventbrite https://2024ASPPRSponsors.eventbrite.com

· Early Bird Offer: Purchase your booth on or before March 29 and receive a 10% discount of the regular price of the Exhibitor package. Must use promo code ASPPR2024 at time of purchase.

· Payment methods: Credit Card through the Eventbrite web page or with an Electronic Bank Fund Transfer (ACH).

· Payments made through Eventbrite web page are subject to a service fee. If the payment is made through ACH, you must send an email to with the desired booth number and a 7-day courtesy hold will be made. If the payment is not received on the agreed date, the booth number will be released. The bank information will be sent as requested.

· To ensure we have the correct company logo it must be sent as soon as the contract is signed to For better resolution we recommend using a Png format.

· The location for the Diamond Package exhibitor is inside the San Juan 4-8 Room. The location for the Gold Package exhibitor is in the Corridor and Foyer area.

· Any Exhibitor who cancels their participation with more than 61 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total exhibitor fee. Cancellations within 60 days will result in the forfeiture of the total exhibitor fee.

· Exhibitors must send to on or before August 9th an endorsement of Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 under the name of Asociación de Salud Primaria de Puerto Rico. ASPPR assumes no responsibility for the safety of your personnel and property.

· Due to the logistics of the Convention, the installation date is Wednesday, August 14th. All exhibitors must be set up and ready on Thursday, August 15th without exception. The ASPPR will inform the time for installation and dismantling closer to the Convention Day.

· All exhibition activities must not interfere with the educational sessions. Noise/sound should be kept at acceptable levels without disturbing.

· If exhibitors would like to offer sample food and/or drinks in their booth, they must contact the hotel directly with Mrs. Carmen Tamayo at (Additional fee applies).

· The Hotel provides 110v/5amp for the electrical connection. If you think you might need an additional power connection contact Mr. Sandor Melendez at 787-674-7733 or (Additional fee might apply).

· Exhibitors must keep their area clean all the time, otherwise the hotel may charge you for garbage collection or other property damage.

· Shipping and storage: Any materials sent to the Hotel may arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to the event. · For a limited time, additional meal packages can be purchased through the Eventbrite web page, for the cost of $110.00 per person, per day. No extra purchase will be allowed during the event.

· Marketing Promotion: The deadline to send the marketing promotion for the e-blast and the corporate video (if applies to your package) is July 19th to

· To ensure the delivery of the marketing promotion we recommend following these guidelines: a maximum of 550px width, 1MB or less, Jpg or PNG format, high resolution (72 dpi).

· Conference Attire: We invite you to dress in comfortable business casual attire for the conference. Hotel meeting rooms can be chilly, so you are advised to bring a sweater or light jacket as well.

· Agenda: The final agenda of the event will be sent close to the starting date of the Convention.

· Due to the limited seating capacity and the highly technical nature of the program's children under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend.
