Join us for a very special exhibit at Silver Circle Gallery as we celebrate our first Breast Cancer Awareness Show.This show is a shout out to all Breast Cancer Survivors, their families that supported and battled along side them as well as the doctors, nurses and all that cared for them throughout.
The conversation on breast cancer is one that needs to be talked about and visually seen, and we are the ones to keep that conversation going!
We will create a thing of beauty out of something pretty horrible. The show will make people aware that cancer is not necessarily a life sentence. A huge
part of the journey is getting over it, and this show will highlight The Healing Power of Art.
This exhibit will walk you through one very personal journey of artist Lisa Andrews, who was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in July of 2020.
Additionally we will showcase the work from our "Get Plastered" workshops with other cancer survivors in NECT.
Artwork is not for sale, but we will be accepting donations for cancer research and care.
