This afternoon is your permission to Exhale.A chance to find and connect to your blissful state.
You've been running on empty. Summer was full and beautiful, and you showed up for all of it. Somewhere along the way, your battery has gotten down low. The constant giving, the overflowing social calendar, the pace that never slows.
As summer begins to wind down, you can feel it: the pull toward something steadier, quieter, more intentional. This is the reset you need to move into the next season steady, rhythmic and with presence
This is your invitation.
A chance to step off the treadmill and remember what it feels like to simply be.
We begin with a tea ceremony to awaken your senses. Move into a gentle, judgment-free movement practice; a solo dance, together. Integrate and receive through a singing bowl meditation, allowing sound to recalibrate your nervous system. Then gather for a nourishing communal meal of local, organic produce with a focus of food as medicine.
An open invitation to transition from Summer's frenzy to steadiness. To be present. To restore.
Your body is already asking for this.
To intentionally change the pace of your life.
To observe, feel, and be; without apology.
To build the relationships that sustain you, rather than deplete you.

About your hosts:
Centred in ceremony, Cat is a visual storyteller, poet and performance artist. This queer, non-binary powerhouse combines dramatic expression, dance and flow arts to transport us into otherworldly experiences. Cat is a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on our bodies - how we see them and how we move them. Encompassing slinky, softness with fierce & fiery foundations, they inspire us to feel comfortable in our skin.
They create with a curious mind and, their artistic expression has developed into a devotional practice. They believe it is their deep connection to Mother Earth that offers them the energy to facilitate spaces for people to drop into their body, surrender to spirit and feel deeply.

Beth is a biophilic practicing herbalist and has spent 12 years dedicated to learning and connecting to plants on different levels. Over that time she has began to cultivate a intimate relationship to plants through her love of foraging, wildcrafting, running a wild fermentation business, working on permaculture farms and studying herbal medicine at university and now practicing as a herbalist.
During this time she has witnessed and experienced the profound impact of the plant/human interconnected relationship. This is the foundation of her life mission: nurturing connections between people, plants and place.
