Before the season of giving to everyone else begins, take a sacred pause to give back to yourself.
This isn’t just any kind of breathwork. This is transformational breathwork, designed to reach deep into the cells of the body where stress, tension, and emotion are stored.
Through conscious breathing and intuitive somatic movement, you’ll release what’s been weighing on you, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your natural state of calm and clarity.
Each participant will be guided through the session using noise-canceling silent disco headphones, allowing you to fully tune in to your own journey. You’ll be able to control your own volume and completely immerse yourself in the sound and experience without being distracted by anyone around you. This creates a deeply personal and introspective experience, one that’s just for you.
As you exhale the buildup of the year, you’ll open space to receive more presence, more joy, more gratitude, and more peace as you head into the holiday season.

Each session is $30 when booked individually, or join us for both and receive the full experience for $50 total.
These sessions complement each other beautifully — one to ground and reset before the holidays, and one to release and rise after.
Please note: this style of Breathwork is not suited for those with the following: High (uncontrolled) blood pressure, glaucoma, detached retina, cardiovascular disease, aneurysm in brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes, epilepsy, diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
