About this Event
You’ve been trying — really trying.
To eat right. Move more. Think positive. To take care of yourself the way you’re “supposed” to.
But lately, it just feels like too much.
You’re tired of the noise, the rules, the pressure to always do better.
You’ve spent so long trying to get health “right” — now you just want it to finally feel good.
This day is for that.
A space to pause. To breathe. To be supported by women who know what it’s like to feel stretched thin — and still keep going.
Together, we’ll:
· Have fun moving our bodies
· Let your mind rest through meditation, progressive relaxation, and guided journaling
· Nourish your body with delicious, nutritious meals
· Enjoy food that feels good, while learning how to listen to your body (not the so-called “rules”)
· Talk honestly about the mental load of wellness and trying to “do it all”
You’ll leave feeling calmer, supported, and recharged… ready to keep showing up, this time for yourself.
No fixing. No comparing. No pressure.
Just one day to remember what it feels like to prioritize yourself.
Meet Your Hosts
This retreat is brought to you by Wellness Rebranded — the podcast and community redefining what it means to be healthy.
Your guides for the day are:
Elizabeth Harris, MS, RDN — an intuitive eating dietitian who helps women ditch diets, quiet food guilt, and feel confident nourishing their bodies in a way that truly feels good (no willpower required)
Tara De Leon, CSCS — a personal trainer who helps women feel badass and confident by teaching them to move their bodies in ways that feel good to them, to take up space, and stop apologizing for their bodies.
Maria Winters, LCPC — a licensed mental health therapist who guides women back to themselves; helping them reclaim their worth, rebuild their confidence, and remember that they, too, deserve the care they give so freely.
Together, they bring food, fitness, and emotional health into balance — so you finally feel clear about what your body needs — and calm enough to listen.
