Join other local mums-to-be who have a similar due date to you in the 'must do aquanatal' classes.Immerse yourself in the soothing (lovely & warm) waters of this beautifully serene private pool for the ultimate pregnancy, relaxation antenatal session.
We will begin with a slow warm up followed by a very gentle workout and noodle exercises to ease any pregnancy aches and pains.
There will also be plenty of time to chat & catch up with the other pregnant ladies during this time.
The beauty of working out in the water is it is super kind on your joints & easier to do lots of squats & lunges (great for birth preparation) than it is on dry land.
Towards the end of the class there will be time to rest back in the water with the noodles supporting you, to practice mindful breathing & relaxation.
