About this Event

JB Rehab will be running an introductory strength and mobility exercise class at Queanbeyan Veteran and Family Hub. Classes will be instructed by an Exercise Physiologist, who will assist you throughout the class. Exercises can be adjusted to your needs and capacity throughout the class.
