From Monday the 5th I will be holding exercise classes at Harpur Hill Sports Centre. Classes will be every Monday and Thursday at 18:30pm and only £5 per session. Monday's class will be Circuit training and Thursday will be Bootcamp. Car parking is free within the grounds, feel free to just turn up and we will meet in the reception area but contact me to book beforehand if you'd rather. Don't worry about your current fitness levels just turn up and go at your own pace. Beginners welcome. Hope to see you there. Gary
