Join us January 4 to 8, 2027 in Carefree, Arizona, for a transformative, week-long continuing education event designed for pastors, deacons, and church leaders.
Executive Skills for Church Leaders gathers expert faculty (including our own ELCA Secretary CeCee Mills!) alongside ministry leaders from across the church. Throughout the week, faculty expertise and participant wisdom come together in a learning community where practical tools emerge for navigating the real complexities of congregational life and leadership.
In today’s demanding ministry landscape, we all need new skills, shared language, and space to breathe and reflect. Each day will center a different theme.
