9:00 - 11:00 AM | Change Management - Change isn’t occasional—it’s constant. Grounded in Kotter’s 8 Steps of Leading Change, this session helps leaders move beyond managing change to actively guiding it. Through hands-on exercises and real-world application, participants learn to create urgency, communicate vision, and embed change into team culture.
11:00 - 11:15 AM | Break
11:15 AM - 1:15 PM | Conflict Resolution - Leaders reframe conflict as a powerful driver of trust and clarity rather than something to avoid. Using tools like the Energy Check, CALM Map, and 3F Framework, participants learn to turn reactive moments into constructive, confident conversations. This session is highly interactive, blending storytelling, role-play, and mindset shifts that stick.
1:15 - 2:00 PM | Lunch
2:00 - 4:00 PM | Executive Coaching as a Leadership Practice - Today’s leaders don’t just direct—they develop. This session introduces coaching as a core leadership capability. Participants learn how to listen with intention, ask powerful questions, and structure conversations using the GROW model to unlock ownership, accountability, and growth in their teams.
