The Executive Leadership Intensive is a single working day for founders and senior leaders who already know the right thing to do ... but can't yet move others to act on it. We don't motivate, perform, or therapize. We transfer command.

Eight faculty members work through the mechanics of authority: how presence, pacing, language and restraint operate in the rooms that decide your career, your capital, and the people who depend on you.

Capital asks. Boardrooms. Conflict. Hard conversations. The moments where being right isn't enough.
