Someone challenges you. You hesitate. You fill the silence. You become smaller around authority. You speak before you have properly listened. You know exactly what you should have said five minutes later.

Executive Improv is not about learning another communication framework. It is about discovering what you actually do when the script disappears.

On Saturday, 23 January, Louis Kornfeld and Rick Andrews work with just 16 participants for a full day of improvisation, practice, experimentation, feedback and coaching.

You will not spend the day sitting and taking notes. You will do the work. Speak. Listen. Respond. Get feedback. Try again. And discover what happens when you make a different choice.

With Louis you will work on your voice, spontaneity, presence.
You may explore what happens to your thinking when you're put on the spot, where you censor or edit yourself, when you stop sounding like yourself, and how to become more spontaneous without losing clarity. The goal isn't to give everyone the same communication formula, it's to strengthen the qualities that make you interesting to listen to.

With Rick, you will work on your awareness, status, and response to the room.
You may explore your default status behaviours, what happens when you encounter authority, when you unconsciously give away power, and how to adapt when the room changes. The goal is greater range, notice more, choose more deliberately, respond more intelligently.

Why only 16 people?
Because this programme is designed around practice and feedback. A smaller room gives Louis and Rick the ability to see individual patterns, coach participants more directly and allow you to repeat exercises rather than simply experience them once. The Friday masterclasses are substantive three-hour learning experiences. Executive Improv is where the work becomes more personal.
