Executive Functioning Skills Workshops - High School

This 1-week intensive helps high school students strengthen the executive functioning and life skills needed for greater independence at school and beyond. Over 5 days, students will work on organization systems, assignment tracking, homework routines, time management, study strategies, project planning, focus, stress management, and self-advocacy with teachers and other adults. The workshop also includes practical life skills like meal prep, laundry, hygiene, as well as beginning job skills and a group work social plan. This session will take place Monday through Friday, the week of July 13, 2026, in Cary from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and will be led by Laura Anderson. Cost is $175.
