About this Event
Many teens struggle with organization, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through. The struggle is increasingly difficult in today’s fast-paced, high-expectation world. This weekly executive functioning skills group for teens provides a supportive and structured environment to learn skills that make school, home life, and relationships feel more manageable.
Through guided discussion, practical tools, and peer connection, teens will learn how their brains work and why certain tasks feel so challenging. They will also learn strategies that actually help. The group emphasizes skill-building, self-awareness, and confidence without shame or pressure. Participants will gain tools to reduce procrastination and overwhelm, in addition to stronger emotional regulation and stress management.
Each session offers practical strategies teens can use immediately, along with accountability and encouragement from peers who are navigating similar challenges.
This group is facilitated by Bianca, an Executive Function and Parenting Coach with a background in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. Bianca brings a neurodiversity-affirming approach that emphasizes safety, connection, and practical skill development. Her work helps teens feel understood, capable, and supported while learning executive functioning strategies they can apply in school and daily life.
