Influence without saying a word: Executive communication that drives results
About this Event

In Business, Body Language matters. A 2019 Harvard Business review article showed an audiences interest increased by 12% when leaders used their body language better when communicating. Successful leaders understand the importance of body language in their quest to convince, influence and motivate their audience. Whether that is their team, their customers, or their peers.

Therefore, a question all executives have to answer is how well does their body language showcase the magic three C’s of: Confidence, Credibility and Charisma?

Their ability to demonstrate these behaviours plays a crucial part in determining commercial success in competitive situations. Top performing leaders know that being better able to support a brilliant business case with brilliant body language, is key to influencing customers and colleagues alike.

If you want to be a top performing leader, Body language matters. It’s crucial to be able to leverage it with knowledge, confidence and finesse. This workshop will provide you with the tools to do just that.

What will be covered?

Martin will share insights into a number of key business areas where leaders can increase their success by sharing specific behaviours to use in each scenario. Participants will also get the opportunity to put these techniques into practice and also ask questions specific to their queries. Martin will share how to:

  • Confidently set the scene in presentations
  • Enhance your credibility when communicating
  • Manage meetings
  • Demonstrate listening
  • Engage people better in remote communication

Takeaways

Attendees will leave the course armed with behaviours to use in specific scenarios which will enable them to create the best possible outcomes when presenting and in meetings – whether in person or working remotely.
