Excursion: Dinner at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana

Attendees are invited to dine together at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana in downtown Salt Lake City. Founded in 2005, Settebello brings the tradition of Naples—the birthplace of pizza—to life with time-honored techniques, simple ingredients, and wood-fired ovens. Inspired by the culture, history, and passion of Napoli, Settebello offers a genuine taste of pizza as it has been made for centuries in one of Italy’s most vibrant cities.

Attendees will be responsible for paying at the restaurant, which does accept separate checks.

*Cultural Note on Tipping: In the United States, it is customary to tip restaurant servers about 10–20% of the total meal cost. Tips are an important part of a server’s income, as servers are often paid a lower hourly wage. Tips are not automatically included in the bill, so guests should add the tip to their total when paying. Please be courteous and plan to include this amount in your meal cost.
