Brian teaches 6 days of classes out of the 80 in our curriculum - Market Analysis, Short Sales, Subject-To, Seller-Financing, and our Rehabbing Classes. Brian will teach you how to master negotiating strategies and dialogues that will help you get into the loss mitigation departments at the banks and start the short sale process. He'll cover how to navigate the often complicated and seemingly impenetrable world of Short Sales, from the pre-foreclosure process, to finding leads and getting funding - including Creative Financing strategies like Subject-To (leaving the existing mortgage in place) and Seller-Financing (making payments to the seller)

Brian will also cover one of the best tools an investor has to manage and protect their investments: Rehabbing. Observe the small details of rehabbing, like finish work and lighting, as well as large project concepts like landscaping and kitchen design that affect the functionality of the property.. Mastering these concepts can save you thousands in costs and let your subcontractors know that you are a prepared and knowledgeable investor.

Brian spends quite a bit of time paying his Renatus education forward, sharing his knowledge and expertise with as many Renatus students as he can. Time and time again, students have come to him with a transaction that they would like another set of eyes on. After looking at the information the student has, it becomes clear if the student should move forward with the deal or move onto the next one.
