Exclusive Kitchen Workshop: Holistic Remedies for Cold & Flu Season

Join in me in an exclusive workshop for a full day in my own home; talking about health, wellness and colds and flu. We will also focus on stress and how that impacts whole-body immunity and weakens our ability to fend off viruses and infections. 

Plan to leave the class with a set of herbal recipes that will help keep you and your family healthy, and test your hands at your own medicine making skills. You will leave with a few handmade herbal formulas for your own home apothecary.

I'll provide a light lunch (allergen-sensitive), teas, coffee and maybe a fermented beverage or two. Bring attire to head outside, if it is nice we can head outside to learn a few wild plants for your toolkit as well.

I don't do this often, so if you want a chance to talk herb shop, or learn tips and tricks of the herbal world, this day is for you. :)
