Join us for this special event, where we’ll taste and learn about our cave aged cheese, with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to hear from industry leaders from creameries such as Jasper Hill, Farm at Doe Run, and Firefly Farms. A Murray’s expert will guide you through a tasting of exceptional cheeses, delving into everything from rind development to milk type. Expect a lively discussion of flavor and texture between sips of house wine. You’ll leave with a newfound understanding of cheese—how it’s made, what creates each unique variety, and why your favorites taste so good.

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
