As the evening draws in, and you settle down for a night of relaxation after a busy day, the phone in your hallway rings. Evening calls are not unusual for you but as you answer this one, your life changes.
You recognise the voice as that of your friend Dr. Warwick, but the sense of panic and near hysteria in his voice is something new. Left with two choices, go back to your cooling dinner or rush out into the dark streets of Arkham, what do you choose?
This Call of Cthulhu adventure, run by Keeper Paul Maloney, is an exclusive early access play of a new one shot adventure from Chaosium. This adventure will not be released until later in 2024 and has only been run once before, at the UK Games Expo Call of Cthulhu Masters event.
No experience of Call of Cthulhu or tabletop roleplaying games is needed. Keeper Paul will talk through the game mechanics whilst you and the rest of the party combat (well attempt to combat) the darkness around them. No party member will be left behind (not by the Keeper anyway). Pre-generated investigators will be provided on the night.
In addition to the normal content warnings for Call of Cthulhu (horror, threat, character death and elder gods) this adventure contains a warning for body horror.
