For three nights only, we are transforming the Geek Easy Anime Cafe into an exclusive, highly intimate Chef's Table. We are bringing world-class, luxury ingredients—including genuine Miyazaki A5 Wagyu beef and fresh Dungeness crab—into the fun, laid-back, geek-culture vibe you already know and love.

No stuffy dress codes. No pretentious atmosphere. Just incredible, masterfully prepared food, great company, and an unforgettable culinary show.

🌊 THE SEA

• 1. Oyster Shooter: Fresh oyster awakened with a bright yuzu jam, fresh wasabi, and premium soy.
• 2. Chilled Crab Soba: Cold soba noodles topped with fresh Dungeness crab meat and a refreshing, icy umami tomato slush.
• 3. Clear Seafood Dashi: A warm, delicate, and pristine broth featuring clam, scallop, and fresh white fish to cleanse the palate.
• 4. Cod Liver Toast: Ultra-rich cod liver spread over toasted, buttery Japanese milk bread, finished with sweet fig jam.

🥩 THE WAGYU (Featuring Authentic Miyazaki A5)

• 5. Table-side Wagyu Ramen: Thinly sliced A5 Wagyu gently cooked right in front of you with a piping hot broth pour.
• 6. A5 Wagyu Medallion: The star of the show. A hard-seared medallion of pure Miyazaki luxury, served with yuzu jelly and ponzu.
• 7. Wagyu Fat Fried Rice: The ultimate savory comfort bowl cooked in rendered A5 Wagyu fat and topped with scallions.
