Exchequer Extravaganza

The Exchequer Extravaganza is a two day bike event with racing, camping, friends, and more!

Saturday, March 26, 2022 will be the cross-country race. The course is 6.3 miles with about 950 feet of elevation per lap for Pro/Expert/Sport/E-Bike and 4.4 miles and 650 feet of elevation per lap for Beginners. The xc course will incorporate the best trails around the park with a variety of long sustained climbs, fast/technical downhills, and flowing single track trails.

Sunday, April 18th, 2021 will be the Exchequer Enduro race. All racer will line up on stage 1 at their given time, with the first Pro racer heading out at 8 AM. There will be 4 stages for the Pro and Expert categories, and 3 stages for the Sport and Beginner categories. Each racer will head out in 30 second intervals in the order they arrived in and race to the bottom of the stage where their time will be recorded. After finishing each stage, racers will then ride up to the next stage (untimed) until all stages are completed.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued

1. Full Refund for everyone if the COVID-19 pandemic issues mandatory event cancellations.

2. 50% refund if notified before February 26th.

3. No refunds after February 26th.

THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION

PRE-REGISTERED CHECK-IN: Number plate pick up and check-in will be available-

- Friday evening from 4 pm to 7pm.

-Saturday morning from 8 am to 2:00 pm.

-Sunday morning from 7am to 9:00 am.

In order to ensure timeliness for the races, it is recommended you give yourself plenty of time to pick up your packet prior to your race time.

A FEW NOTES

1. Camping- We were able to buy out 193 campsites for the racers over the weekend at a special rate. All campsites are within a minute or two from the Exchequer Mountain Bike Park. There are 138 basic campsites ($45 for 2 nights), 34 electric/water/sewer campsites ($60 for 2 nights), 21 electric/water campsites ($60 for 2 nights).

To reserve a campsite, select the type of campsite in the add-ons section of when purchasing your race tickets. Then follow the directions on the camping section of our website.

2. Parking- Refer to the map on the website for parking areas. No day use parking will be allowed in Exchequer Bike Park or in the campground the day of the event.
