About this Event

At the end of this session, participants will:

• Understand how disabilities and exceptional needs can influence behavior.

• Recognize the role of environment and relationships in behavior management.

• Learn simple, positive strategies to support students and de-escalate challenging situations.

• Identify ways to collaborate with school staff and families for consistent support.

This training is mandatory for all MNPS Out-of-School Time (OST) partners and is strongly recommended for all community partners serving students in MNPS schools.
