About this Event
Attendees will use a variety of tools and models to help gain confidence, hone their communication skills, use emotional intelligence to identify customer wants and needs, learning to be assertive and manage difficult situations. This workshop is led in a safe, informal, supportive, and interactive environment.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this workshop attendees will be able to:-
- Define exceptional customer service
- State the importance of building effective customer relationships
- Identify the customer journey
- Identify their preferred way of interacting and those of their customers
- Hone their communication skills to create a positive, welcoming, climate for customers
- Demonstrate empathy to build goodwill with customers
- Establish customer wants and needs and identify ways to fulfil these
- Assert themselves positively and effectively with customers
- Assess and change their behaviour when managing difficult situations
