Excellence in Employer Engagement Workshop

The Central Valley Motherlode Regional Consortium is hosting a free professional development workshop designed for community college staff and faculty who engage directly with employers and industry partners. Participants will explore effective strategies for leading employer meetings, facilitating CTE advisory committees, coordinating internships and apprenticeships, supporting career advising, organizing employer guest speakers, developing hiring events, and strengthening workforce partnerships to enhance student career pathways.

From building new employer relationships to sustaining and strengthening established partnerships, learn strategies to bridge gaps in communication, align expectations, and effectively manage the talent pipeline within your region.
