Excavate: Journalling Workshop
About this Event
At the turn of the season, you’re invited to EXCAVATE, a journalling workshop exploring our relationship with time.
Through guided prompts, timed writing and moments of sharing, we’ll pause to notice how time shapes our lives: where it feels abundant or scarce, fast or slow, comforting or uncomfortable, and how our experience of it compares with those around us.
Free refreshements along with pens and loose paper will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your own journal.
What to bring:
- Your own journal and pen, if you have them
- A chair or cushion to sit on if needed (there are blankets and limited cushions at the shop)
Housekeeping
Doors will open at 6:45pm and the event will begin at 7pm.
Importantly: BHF Books & Music only provides floor seating. There will be blankets and limited cushions to sit on, but if you require a seat please bring your own.
Tickets for this event are available by donation and open to all. Pay what you feel. 10% of profits will be donated to the British Heart Foundation to give thanks for the wonderful space.
