Ex therapy

Ex Therapy Lab.

Express. Explore. Let Go.

Step into a creative space where you can express your emotions through art and hands on activities.

Explore colours. Textures. Shapes. And creative techniques that encourage self expression and help you connect with your feelings in a fun and relaxed environment.

There are no rules. No perfect results. Just a space to experiment. Create. And let your imagination take over.

Come with an open mind. Leave with a lighter heart and something you created yourself.

Create freely. Express deeply. Let it out.
