Leadership: When Everyone Leads Eastern Washington University (EWU) invites you to experience the transformative "When Everyone Leads" training, offered by EWU’s Brian Davenport, PhD. and Sam Armstrong Ash, Ph.D. Grounded in the Kansas Leadership Center’s principle that leadership is an activity, not a position, this workshop empowers participants to take initiative, mobilize others, and make progress on tough challenges—regardless of title or role.
