EWU ECO Intra Football Tournament Chapter 8: Homecoming!
Dear ECO Family,
We are happy to have you join us at the EWU ECO Intra Football Tournament: Chapter 8, which will be an event celebrating not just football but also the esprit de corps of the Economics Department at EWU! This single-day event is going to see not only tough competition but also a reunion of sorts.
📅 Date: 24 July 2026
📍 Venue: East Court Arena, Aftabnagar.
This one-of-a-kind event is reserved for members of the Economics Department only. So, whether you are an undergraduate, an alumnus, or faculty, this is your opportunity to have some fun, create memories, and showcase ECO pride on the ground!
Registration Details
Open to all current Eco students, alumni, and faculty

Match & Squad Details
Playing Format: 6-a-side
Squad Size: 9 players per team
Ball Size: 5
Offside Rule: Not applicable
Surface: Turf (only turf shoes, or sneakers allowed, no boots)
Match Duration: To be announced
Tournament Format: To be announced
Tie Resolution: In knockout stages, matches ending in a draw will go straight to penalties
Important Notes
This is a one-day tournament, so match timing will be strictly followed.
Additional rules and regulations will be shared in due course.
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify any rules as necessary.
